Store Manager Strellson Zürich (d/m/w)

Im Rahmen Ihrer abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit tragen Sie eigenständig die Gesamtverantwortung für die Leitung und den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg des Stores. Neben der Personalführung und Personaleinsatzplanung gehören die Erfüllung der Verkaufs- beziehungsweise Umsatzziele zu Ihren Aufgabenschwerpunkten. Darüber hinaus sorgen Sie mit Ihrem Team für einen optimalen und saisongerechten Warenaufbau und Markenauftritt. Die Führung, Motivation und Koordination Ihres Mitarbeiterteams sowie die Gewährleistung eines optimalen Kundenservices runden Ihr Aufgabenprofil ab.

Sie bringen mit:
  • eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Einzelhandel oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Funktion im Modeeinzelhandel
  • fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office)
  • Leidenschaft und Begeisterung für Fashion und Lifestyle
  • eine ausgezeichnete Kundenorientierung und eine positive Ausstrahlung
  • ausgeprägtes Kommunikationstalent sowie eine hohe Managementkompetenz
