In this varied working student role, you will support our team in preparing export documents and in monitoring and documenting export processes. You will also be involved in liaising with customs authorities, freight forwarders and customs agents.

Your responsibilities will also include maintaining and checking master data relating to customs, as well as helping to ensure compliance with customs and preferential trade regulations. Furthermore, you will gain an insight into the import clearance of third-country consignments for our central warehouse and will be able to apply your theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.

Required experience and skills: 

• Currently studying or undergoing vocational training, ideally in the fields of logistics, freight forwarding, international trade or business
• An interest in import, export and customs matters
• A good command of German and a basic knowledge of English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• A meticulous and reliable approach to work
• A willingness to learn, the ability to take the initiative and an enjoyment of working as part of a team
• A passion for fashion and lifestyle
