Buyer Stores Menswear (d/f/m)

As part of your responsible role as Buyer Stores Menswear within the Brand Merchandise Management team, you are in charge of assortment planning, merchandise control, and the optimal product allocation for our Strellson stores. You ensure that each sales floor receives the right product strategy, actively support seasonal execution, and manage assortments based on sell-out data, KPIs, and local requirements.

 

You analyse sell-through figures, derive actionable recommendations, and continuously optimise merchandise availability to ensure strong commercial performance. A key part of your role is close communication with the store teams to identify customer needs at an early stage and manage assortments with precision. As an important interface, you work closely with Stores, Allocation, Merchandise Planning, Wholesale, Product Management, and Sourcing to ensure a targeted, brand-compliant, and commercially successful assortment mix.

Your profile:

  • a successfully completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • initial experience in Brand Management, Product Management, or Range Management / Buying
  • strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders
  • strong analytical abilities
  • quick comprehension as well as precise and independent working habits
  • good Excel skills; experience with SAP is an advantage
  • enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
