Globalized markets, advancing digitalization, and increasingly fragmented consumer behavior present companies with ever-new challenges. Coordinated cooperation between all retail channels is becoming increasingly important in order to win customers and retain them in the long term.

In the three-year dual study program in Business Administration-Trade, you will combine theory and practice in an ideal way to build up sound expertise in the retail sector. During intensive practical phases, you will gain first-hand experience of the day-to-day business of the textile industry – including in the areas of e-commerce, purchasing, product range design, and retail – and gain valuable initial professional experience. The theory modules at DHBW Ravensburg deepen your knowledge through practical teaching and prepare you specifically for managing retail processes, analyzing market potential, and successfully implementing cross-channel strategies.
Your qualifications and skills include:
  • High school certificate qualifying for university admission with excellent marks
  • Very good grades in mathematics and languages
  • Keen interest in economics contexts and processes
  • Ability to work well on a team, reliability and a sense of responsibility
