HR Business Partner with a focus on personnel development

As an HR Business Partner, you will provide comprehensive support to the departments under your responsibility and be actively involved in cross-functional HR projects. In addition, you will oversee the area of personnel development for the HOLY FASHION GROUP.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Advising and supporting of managers on all HR-related matters
  • Implementation of the HR strategy within the assigned business uni
  • Acting as a sparring partner for management and leaders on leadership and team-related issues
  • Personnel planning in collaboration with the specialist departments
  • Conducting of recruitment processes, selection decisions and onboarding
  • Support of performance reviews and handling of employment law issues
  • Identification of development needs and development of appropriate measures
  • Analysis of HR metrics and derivation of recommendations for action
  • Ensuring compliance with employment law requirements, internal guidelines and processes
  • Support of remuneration, promotion and succession processes
  • Contribution to HR projects and continuous optimisation of HR processes

Requirements:

  • an excellent degree in economics or law
  • several years’ experience in modern HR management
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • very good English language skills and IT skills
  • ideally, industry knowledge
