Coordinator Trimmings (d/f/m)

In this diverse and exciting role, you ensure the Trim Purchasing  team runs smoothly by serving as highly organized support to all team members in administrative tasks.

You will be responsible for collecting all purchasing-relevant and technical material information. You will communicate with suppliers worldwide, review invoices, and ensure that the trims are available on time for sampling and production. Maintaining master data in PLM/Centric and monitoring orders in SAP S/4 will also be part of your responsibilities, as well as overseeing supplier performance. You will ensure compliance with quality and sustainability standards while working closely with Quality Assurance, Production Procurement, and the Logistics team.

Your experience and skills:

  • A successfully completed apprenticeship or degree in textile or clothing management
  • Ideally, professional experience in purchasing of trimmings
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Extensive IT skills, particularly in MS Excel and ideally in SAP S/4
  • An independent, meticulous, and goal-oriented work style
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Reliability, flexibility and team spirit
