Team Leader Inhouse Consulting SAP PLM (d/f/m)

As Team Leader Inhouse Consulting SAP PLM (m/f/d), you will play a key role in our SAP Competence Center. You will lead a small team, take responsibility for the strategic and operational development of our SAP PLM landscape, and collaborate closely with the design, product development, and procurement departments. Together, you will shape efficient processes for collection development and actively drive our digital transformation.

Your Responsibilities
  • Further development and support of our SAP PLM solutions in close coordination with business departments
  • Consideration of requirements from PLM-related satellite systems such as the PIM or DAM system
  • Consulting and support in optimizing and digitalizing business processes
  • Conception, solution design, and implementation of new business requirements, particularly in the area of Product Structure Management
  • Ensuring software functionality through 2nd level support, error analysis, and troubleshooting in daily operations
  • Planning and conducting key user training and supporting end user training
  • Execution and documentation of software tests
  • Disciplinary and professional leadership of the SAP PLM team
Required experience and skills:
  • A completed technical degree or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the SAP MM module in the area of master data – ideally with experience in the fashion and textile industry
  • Several years of experience with SAP PDM/PLM, ideally as an inhouse consultant in the fashion sector
  • Initial leadership experience or strong motivation to take on leadership responsibility
  • Knowledge of the SAP Integration Suite (e.g., via SAP BTP) is a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style
  • Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a strong team spirit
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German skills
