Assistant Store Manager Strellson Store (d/f/m)
As part of your diverse responsibilities, you will be partly in charge of the management and the financial success of this store. This means that besides staff management and scheduling, the focal points of your responsibilities will also include the attainment of the store’s sales or revenue goals. Moreover, you and your team will ensure the optimum and seasonally adequate merchandise assortment and structure as well as the presentation of the brand. The provision of leadership, the motivation and coordination of your in-store associates team will be just as much a part of your job profile as the ascertainment of optimum customer service.
Required experience and skills:
- Successfully completed commercial training in retail or comparable education/training
- Several years of professional experience in fashion retail, as an assistant department manager or as a deputy for example
- Great passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
- Excellent customer focus and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills and highly developed people skills
