Supply Chain Manager (d/f/m)

Within the scope of your exciting and challenging job, you will be responsible for the preparation and controlling of inventory and sales-related planning values as well as the development of decision and action recommendations for the achievement of defined KPIs for the company management. In doing so, you will act as an interface for the standardization and optimization of processes and working methods of the Brand Merchandise Management of the three brands. For the Operations division, you will design various cross-departmental projects and be independently responsible for their implementation and reporting. Furthermore, you will actively participate in the design and implementation of the sustainability strategy in the area of "Environmental Responsibility" of the HOLY FASHION GROUP. Your responsibilities include the preparation and reporting of CO2 accounting, the development of digitalization measures for CO2 accounting and the development of reduction measures to meet the set climate targets. The project management of various sustainability projects as well as the support of the communication strategy in the area of "Environmental Responsibility" complete your exciting job profile.
Required experience and skills:
  • a successfully completed degree in industrial engineering or business administration
  • 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in comparable tasks
  • very good IT skills, especially in data analysis with Excel and BI tools, PowerPoint and ideally SAP
  • deep understanding of processes along the value chain, ideally in the fashion industry
  • strong analytical skills and a distinct understanding of numbers
  • conceptual competence, quick comprehension and a structured way of working
