Team Leader Logistics Transports (d/f/m)

In this exciting and diverse role, you will be responsible for the organization, control and coordination of all incoming and outgoing transports of the HOLY FASHION GROUP worldwide. In doing so, you will ensure cost-, time-, quantity- and quality-optimized transports with the appropriate modes of transport from the supplier/production plant via our warehouse locations to our customers. Furthermore, you will continuously analyze and optimize the existing processes and flows of goods in transport logistics. You control the respective transport service providers and you and your team are available as a competent consultant to your internal customers at any time. In addition, you will continuously prepare market analyses with regard to price developments, negotiate framework agreements and prices with the service providers and you will be responsible for building up an efficient business partner portfolio. The close cooperation with the areas of raw materials logistics, procurement and production round off your exciting field of activity.
Required experience and skills:
  • a successfully completed degree in logistics
  • at least five years of relevant professional experience in transport logistics or in the freight forwarding environment
  • ideally first management experience
  • very good English and profound IT skills (MS-Office and ideally SAP)
  • confident appearance as well as strong communication and organizational skills
  • structured and goal-oriented way of working as well as resilience and flexibility
  • a high level of service orientation
  • reliability and assertiveness
