Trainee E-Commerce (d/f/m)

The dynamics of the markets, increasing internationalization and structural and technological changes are shaping the retail sector. This makes it even more important for us to constantly promote and develop our young talents.

In this 15-month trainee program, you will dive deep into the core areas of our e-commerce and be accompanied by a mentor from the management level. The program starts with a three-month induction phase, during which you will learn internal HFG knowledge through various trainings and events. In addition, as a trainee you will have the opportunity to get to know various business units and gain valuable professional experience. Your induction will be completed by an assignment at one of our retail stores.
Over the next 12 months, you will work in e-commerce departments such as merchandise management, online marketing and online operations for the three brands JOOP!, windsor. and Strellson. In the process, you will assume responsibility for a specific project, including a project work. After successful completion of the trainee program, a permanent position is waiting for you.
Your qualifications and skills include:
