Specialist Retail Operations Manager (d/f/m)

At the Holy Fashion Group, the Retail Operations Department coordinates and manages our retail activities (processes) in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands. In this diverse and challenging position, you will support the Head of Retail Operations Services & IT and will be the liaison between the own operated POS and the expert departments at the headquarters. Your scope of responsibilities will comprise the support, development and implementation of retail processes, the creation of reports and ad-hoc evaluations, such as the monitoring of sales promotions. It will also include the management and analysis of the annual inventory taking as well as the handling of in-house projects

Your profile:
  • Completed studies/an advanced education in the field of business administration/process management, textile business management or a comparable discipline
  • You have several years of practical retail experience of a modern company
  • Organizational skills paired with a structured target and result-oriented work style are essential
  • You learn quickly and have intellectual networking capabilities
  • You have excellent EDP skills (MS Office) and project management experience
