Head of Sales Coordination (d/f/m)

In this exciting and challenging position you will be responsible for the implementation and further development of process flows between the Customer Service and Sales teams in order to achieve optimal synergies and efficiencies. As an important basis you will be responsible with your team for the maintenance and further development of the customer base and ensure that the billing processes run smoothly. You will also be responsible for connecting customers to our high-performance SAP systems for all brands and for B2B store reporting. The monitoring and systematization of conditions for all brands is an important part of your scope. The training of the Customer Services teams by your team and the management of important projects complete your exciting job profile. In this role, you will report directly to the CFO of the company.

Required experience and skills:
  • a very successful degree in economics or a comparable course of study
  • relevant professional and management experience in the field of brand or sales coordination or customer services
  • very good IT skills and sound SAP experience
  • very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • experience in agile project management
  • the ability to work independently and on your own responsibility
  • intrinsic motivation to actively make a difference in our business operations
