Business Analyst and Sales Coordinator (d/f/m)

In this versatile and demanding role you are responsible for the Process Management of Customer Services and Customer Data Management of the HOLY FASHION GROUP. You will monitor and check customer orders after they have been received and ensure that they are correctly recorded in the system prior to invoicing (order freeze). You will work on continuous optimization of customer service processes and conditions, as well as in the area of digitalization. Furthermore you will be involved in the ongoing development and updating of training materials for Customer Services departments of the brands. The final elements of your exciting job profile involve the training and support of SAP key users as well as close interdisciplinary cooperation with the Finance, Customer Service, Procurement & Production, Logistics and IT departments. This cross functionality and connection to various departments allow the job owner to understand and impact the design and functioning of various core business processes of the HFG.
 
Required experience and skills:
  • Successfully completed studies in business administration or similar or a very successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Ideally, initial professional experience in master data or supply change management or in customer service
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Profound IT knowledge, especially in MS-Office Excel and ideally in SAP R/3
  • An independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
  • Affinity to conceptual thinking
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High reliability, resilience and flexibility
  • Team spirit and a passion for fashion and lifestyle
