Team Leader Accounts Receivables (d/f/m)

You will be in charge of the management of our accounts receivable in this position, which demands diligence and accountability paired with the ability to tackle a diverse range of responsibilities. As the central liaison between our customers, our central brand services and the external service provider, you and your team will coordinate and monitor the proper posting, the periodic account reconciliation, the receivables management and collections. Moreover, you will ensure compliance with our in-house controlling system with regard to deliveries, billing and payment terms. As a key user, you will, among other things, work in SAP projects and first level support. You will also analyze and further develop the processes and workflows on an ongoing basis, which means that you will play an important role in the continuous advancement of the finance and central brand services departments. The close collaboration with our IT, the in-house legal department and third party lawyers will you're your job profile even more interesting.
 
Your profile:
  • You have successfully completed a business administrative apprenticeship; ideally accompanied by advanced studies of the disciplines Finance & Accounting
  • You have multiple years of practical professional accounts receivable experience acquired with a company that does business in a variety of international markets
  • You have employee management experience
  • You have a high level of decision-making competency and think strategically
  • IT skills, in particular in in MS-Office and ideally also in SAP R/3 FI/CO
  • Very good command of Englisch and German to mother-tongue standard
  • Your approach to work is independent, structured and target-oriented
  • You have an assertive personality and are driven by a focus on getting things done; you persistently pursue your goals 
  • You are highly dependable, manage stress well and are trustworthy
  • You possess distinct communicative and analytical skills paired with excellent social competencies
