Junior Sales Services Agent Key Accounts (f/m)
In this exciting and varied office-based sales role, you will be responsible for providing all levels of support to our key accounts and will ensure outstanding service at all times. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, you will actively sell our goods over the telephone and will always ensure their timely delivery. Furthermore, you will support the entire administrative sales process from order entry to monitoring payment receipts or open items, handle all customer enquiries and will be an active participant in important customer meetings with front-line sales staff. You will also prepare customer and sales analyses, supervise the appropriate delivery deadlines and monitor any return processes that are within your remit. The final elements of your exciting job description involve close cooperation with the sales managers, the Distribution Coordination department and our international licensing partners.
Required experience and skills:
Successfully completed commercial training or a degree in textile or clothing management
Ideally, some initial professional experience in internal sales and/or retail
Good command of English and very well-developed IT skills (MS Office, SAP R/3)
A strong focus on customer services
Well-developed talent for communication and organisation
Organised and target-driven working style
