The objective of our Trainee Programme is to identify and promote talent and develop our trainees into future managers in an agile and digital setting.
The Trainee Programme comprises two different phases during which you will receive optimal preparation for the start of your new career. In the orientation phase, you will become familiar with all the relevant areas before acquiring deeper specialist knowledge in rotations between selected departments lasting four to six months. Each trainee will be professionally mentored and advised by a top manager, who will also support and challenge you with regular feedback and on-site talks.
Required experience and skills:
a master's degree with extremely good results and, in the best case scenario, specialising in Operations and Supply Chain Management
ideally, initial professional experience
outstanding performance at and beyond university
intercultural and linguistic competence gained during extended periods abroad or through internships
Very good command of German
autonomy, motivation and resilience
team spirit and a keen talent for communication and organisation
passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
