To support our legal department, Corporate Legal, we are looking for the following to start immediately:
 

Legal Counsel (f/m)

As Legal Counsel, you will independently support our business divisions in all legal matters after successful induction. The main focus of your duties will include legal issues in the areas of sales and distribution law, competition law, trademark law, IT law, international contract law and general commercial law. In addition, an essential part of your role will be to oversee data protection in the group of companies. You will report directly to the head of Corporate Legal, who will provide you with specialist and administrative support as required. You like to work as a generalist, take personal responsibility in a small team and attach importance to a collegial working environment in a dynamic, international context.
 
Required experience and skills:
  • A degree in law, completed with above-average results in Switzerland, Germany or an EU country
  • Relevant professional experience (at least 2–4 years) as a legal counsel or lawyer in an international commercial law environment
  • Business fluent German and English. French and other language skills are desirable
  • Strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills
  • Ideally, you have been admitted to the Bar
  • Additional training (LLM, MBL) in commercial law an advantage
